Itinerary
Days 1-2:
Arrive in Kathmandu, sightseeing, and preparation. Welcome dinner with guide.
Day 3: Fly Kathmandu to Tumlingtar (475m), drive to Num/Chichila (1,500-1,980m).
Day 4: Trek to Seduwa (1,500m).
Day 5: Trek to Tashigaon (2,060m).
Day 6: Trek to Khongma Danda (3,500m) (challenging ascent).
Day 7: Cross Shipton La Pass (4,200m) to Dobate (3,600m).
Day 8: Trek to Yangle Kharka (3,600m).
Day 9: Trek to Langmale Kharka (4,410m).
Day 10: Trek to Makalu Base Camp (MBC) (4,870m).
Day 11: Explore MBC (Barun Glacier/Pokhari).
Day 12: Return to Yangle Kharka.
Day 13: Trek to Dobate.
Day 14: Trek to Khongma Danda/Tashigaon.
Day 15: Trek to Seduwa.
Day 16: Trek to Num & drive to Tumlingtar.
Day 17: Fly Tumlingtar to Kathmandu. Farewell dinner with guide.
Day 18: Final day in Kathmandu/Depart Nepal
