*Peak climbing in Nepal requires reasonable flexibility in itineraries for any unforeseen travel or weather delays. We recommend our clients budget for additional days.

Season:

The peak seasons for climbing Pachermo Peak are Spring (March to May) and Autumn (September to November), offering stable, dry weather, clear skies, and excellent visibility for stunning mountain views, though Spring also brings blooming flowers, while Autumn has colorful foliage and crisp air, avoiding the monsoon and extreme winter cold.

A typical Pachermo Peak climb itinerary (approx. 17-19 days) starts with arrival in Kathmandu, followed by a drive to Gongar Khola or Singati, and a multi-day trek through the Rolwaling Valley to Na Gaon. The route then crosses the challenging Tashi Lapcha Pass to reach the glacier and high camp, followed by the summit push to 6,187m. The descent leads to the Khumbu region via Thame and Namche Bazaar before a flight from Lukla back to Kathmandu.

Key Considerations:

Challenges: The Tashi Lapcha Pass is a high-altitude and challenging section requiring technical climbing skills and equipment.
