Prior to embarking on your expedition, we conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to ensure our clients are physically prepared for the demands of the objective. In addition, we offer pre-trip virtual packing and gear checks, enabling you to arrive fully equipped and ready. It is essential that every participant understands the fitness level required for climbing any of the World’s 14 Peaks so that they can adequately prepare.
We provide customized training options to help you gear up for your expedition. Clients have the opportunity to partake in discussions about best practices for training, nutrition, and mental preparation.
